German Chocolate Cake - Raw

I tried four new "raw" dessert recipes at my local health food store. For me, The raw "German Chocolate Cake" dessert took second place. The dessert looked more like a cookie than a cake and it was pricey ($6-$7.)

Flavor: The flavor was pretty good, I especially liked the coconut topping.
Texture: The texture of the cake was a little granular, because of the almond meal.  I thought the cake was a little oily too. What I really wanted when eating this dessert was a crunch, but I realize that it is suppose to be a cake.
