Selling at Alsham grocery. This is one of my new favorite spices. Try dipping a pita in hummus and then in the spice.

Za'atar

Selling at Alsham grocery. There are 3 different kinds of the spice. They are made in differ places in the middle east, which leads to the variety. They're all good. I think the one I get is from Jordon. I like to mix sumac and za'atar together and eat it with hummus.
