The cookies have dry apple cider spice packets mixed into the dough that give a sweet/tart apple flavor and pair wonderfully with the melted caramel center.
The texture of the cookie was amazing. Even without the caramel, the cookie was really chewy, but adding the caramel to the cookies made them even more chewy and delicious.
